„ A dialogue without words,
harmony without boundaries."
Prague String Trio was founded in 2025 by outstanding instrumentalists, experienced chamber musicians and soloists: violinist Marie Hasoňová, violist Anežka Lada Jiráčková, and cellist Petr Malíšek. Their long-standing friendship naturally found its way onto the concert stage, where they focus on the beautiful yet often overlooked repertoire for string trio. This repertoire ranges from the Baroque through Classicism and Romanticism to the 20th and 21st centuries. The ensemble is also open to popular, jazz, swing, and film music—genres rarely heard in a trio setting—which leads them to engage actively in arranging. Their passion likewise lies in collaboration with other artistic fields, such as dancers and distinguished vocal artists.
